ENVI® Raster Histogram

The histogram associated with the raster

GBDX Registered Name: ENVI_RasterHistogram
Provider: Harris Geospatial Solutions

Inputs

The following table lists all ENVI_RasterHistogram inputs.
Mandatory (optional) settings are listed as Required = True (Required = False).

Name Required Default Valid Values Description
file_types False N/A string GBDX Option. Comma seperated list of permitted file type extensions. Use this to filter input files -- Value Type: STRING[*]
input_raster True N/A See ENVIRASTER input type Specify a raster from which to generate histogram statistics. -- Value Type: ENVIRASTER
input_raster_format False N/A See ENVIRASTER input type Provide the format of the image, for example: landsat-8. -- Value Type: STRING
input_raster_band_grouping False N/A See ENVIRASTER input type Provide the name of the band grouping to be used in the task, ie - panchromatic. -- Value Type: STRING
input_raster_filename False N/A See ENVIRASTER input type Provide the explicit relative raster filename that ENVI will open. This overrides any file lookup in the task runner. -- Value Type: STRING
input_raster_raw_output False False See ENVIRASTER input type Provide True to output an ENVI Binary instead of a tif. -- Value Type: STRING
input_min False N/A string Specify the minimum value of the histogram for each band. If the array has one value, it applies to all bands, otherwise it must have the same number of elements as the input raster has bands. -- Value Type: DOUBLEARRAY
input_binsize False N/A string Specify a value for the bin size, to manage the resolution of the histogram. INPUT_BINSIZE is mutually exclusive from INPUT_NBINS. If the array has one value, it applies to all bands, otherwise it must have the same number of elements as the input raster has bands. -- Value Type: DOUBLEARRAY
input_max False N/A string Specify the maximum value of the histogram for each band. If the array has one value, it applies to all bands, otherwise it must have the same number of elements as the input raster has bands. -- Value Type: DOUBLEARRAY
input_nbins False N/A string Specify a value for the number of bins. INPUT_NBINS is mutually exclusive from INPUT_BINSIZE. If you do not specify either of these keywords, a default value of 256 bins will be used for all bands. If the array has one value, it applies to all bands, otherwise it must have the same number of elements as the input raster has bands. -- Value Type: DOUBLEARRAY

Outputs

The following table lists all ENVI_RasterHistogram outputs.
Mandatory (optional) settings are listed as Required = True (Required = False).

Name Required Default Valid Values Description
task_meta_data False N/A directory GBDX Option. Output location for task meta data such as execution log and output JSON
output_counts True N/A string This is the pixel count of the histogram for each band. -- Value Type: LIST
output_nbins True N/A string This is the number of bins the histogram was limited to for each band. -- Value Type: DOUBLEARRAY
output_max True N/A string This is the maximum value of the histogram for each band. -- Value Type: DOUBLEARRAY
output_binsize True N/A string This is the bin size of the histogram for each band. -- Value Type: DOUBLEARRAY
output_min True N/A string This is the minimum value of the histogram for each band. -- Value Type: DOUBLEARRAY

Output structure

The output_counts file will be written to the specified S3 Customer Account Location. The output_nbins file will be written to the specified S3 Customer Account Location. The output_max file will be written to the specified S3 Customer Account Location. The output_binsize file will be written to the specified S3 Customer Account Location. The output_min file will be written to the specified S3 Customer Account Location.
