ENVI® Radiometric Normalization

This task performs a relative radiometric normalization given two rasters with obviously different dynamic ranges caused by different illumination conditions. The process assumes one raster as base and computes the gain and offset values needed to adjust second raster to radiometrically match the base. Linear regression is used to compute the gain and offset values.
